Legal and Regulatory Intern 2018
Corlytics is the world leader in regulatory risk intelligence. We are delighted to announce the launch of our inaugural Summer Internship Programme 2018. If you are studying law, economics, finance, politics or any related discipline then a placement in the Legal Team as part of our Summer Internship Programme may be for you. The programme is flexible and runs for two months between June and July. If you have an interest in and passion for law, financial services, technology and working in a cutting-edge industry then check out the application process, complete the form, upload a CV and you could be spending your summer working at the forefront of the regtech industry.
WHO CAN APPLY?
We welcome applications from all undergraduates who by June will have completed at least two years of their degree in any field of study, postgraduates and graduates.
We recognise that businesses need a diversely skilled team in order to succeed. While as a Legal Intern you’ll be working within the Legal Team, we welcome applications from students of any discipline including law, business, economics, finance, science, arts and languages.
- Must be a penultimate, final year, postgraduate or recent graduate
- Have an excellent tertiary academic record (2.1 or higher) in any discipline
- Possesses excellent strong analytical skills
- Can synthesise complex technical, regulatory, and commercial issues into a form suitable for use in Corlytics’ regulatory risk intelligence tool
- Can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses self-management skills, motivation and ambition
- Experience and/or interest in banking and financial services regulation will be a distinct advantage and fluency in a second European Language will also be an advantage
On the application form, as well as looking for your basic details and strong academic credentials, we also want to know more about you. We value a variety of qualities such as work ethic, relationship building, commercial insight, leadership, delivering results, strong communication skills and passion for a career in regtech.
A great CV can demonstrate any relevant work experience. Prospective interns can demonstrate relevant skills by outlining any previous legal, finance, economics or business experience but also any part-time work undertaken during university.
