ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team of experienced Project Managers and assist in driving business growth for Corlytics globally. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing several different client projects within a growing and fast paced environment. You will manage specific clients and oversee all aspects of the projects through the full lifecycle of implementing the Corlytics platform.  You will provide support and advisory services for Corlytics team, present confidently to small and large groups; work both autonomously and collaboratively, are well-spoken, professional, and can travel both domestically and internationally. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Drive client outcomes, platform adoption and client experience.
  • Independently manage and have oversight of large-scale client implementations, providing regular updates internally.
  • Ensure client activities are structured and delivered on time, within budget and meet client’s needs.
  • Engage with clients to understand their operating model and accurately communicate the client’s business needs to internal stakeholders.
  • Work with clients to facilitate them to adopt Corlytics to optimise their operating model.
  • The commercial outcomes on client engagements.
  • Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies among projects.
  • Assist in developing best practice and tools for project execution and management.
  • Manage and develop long-term business relationships with Corlytics clients.
  • Participate in on-site client workshops.
  • Conduct project retrospectives and post-project reviews.

SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
